1764 Properties is a small real estate investing company founded in 2016 by Andrea and Matt Mitchell. Andrea and Matt are local to St. Louis and began 1764 Properties with the desire to build something special for their growing family, while helping to revitalize St. Louis neighborhoods. Andrea and Matt are passionate about investing in older city homes that need a little TLC. They desire to breathe beauty and life back into depressed properties, while creating safe and happy homes for renters and buyers alike.

 

Collectively, Andrea and Matt have years of experience in business sales, design, carpentry and other entrepreneurial endevaors. In addition to 1764 Properties Andrea holds her real estate license with Magnolia Real Estate in St. Charles. Andrea and Matt  sincerely enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and providing a win-win solutions for everyone they work with.
